ECO TURF IN DORSET

Here at Ashley Cooper Turf and Transport we supply EcoTurf to many of our customers throughout Devon and the surrounding areas. It is a high grade utility turf grown on a specific blend of enriched soils. This bespoke blend of seed provides an attractive, drought-resistant and hard wearing turf that is suitable for almost all landscaping applications, both domestic and commercial.

• 20% Dwarf Perennial Ryegrass - wear tolerant and quick to establish, as well as tolerating full sun to light shade.
• 80% Fescues - Chewings, shade and drought tolerant. Slender Creeping Red Fescue - Higher salt tolerance, drought and shade tolerant, especially in good mild coastal areas. Strong Creeping Red Fescue - Closes up holes in turf and tolerates extreme summer heat.

TURF SIZE:

1m (One metre square) = 24" (600mm) wide by 65" (1625mm) long.

DEPTH OF CUT:

10 - 20mm, dependent upon the season and the level of rainfall prior to harvesting.

WEIGHT OF TURF:

15 - 25 kg, dependent on the season and the rainfall prior to harvesting.
